What is WisdoMania Foundation?

WisdoMania Foundation is a non-profit that integrates the arts with self-care to bring impactful experiences to schools, communities, and organizations in Los Angeles. Our mission aims to help heal the world by normalizing mental health and creating a safe space for others to express themselves, feel accepted, supported, and seen.

Our focus is to destigmatize mental health conversation by empowering people with coping skills, creative conduits for healing, and resources to increase their well-being and equip them with the tools they need to thrive.

We do this through:

Curating custom wellness & arts events.

WisdoMania Fest: an immersive mental health & arts festival in Mental Health Month (May).

Songwriting for Wellness: reflection, mindfulness techniques, and creativity for a socio-emotional experience.

Our Core Values

Stop Stigma

1 in 4 people are affected by a mental health disorder at some point in their life, yet less than 40% of those who suffer seek help. On average it takes people up to 11 years to seek help.

Thus, it has never been more critical to build awareness and end the stigma around mental health.

Start Gaining Wisdom

At our events you will manifest emotional breakthroughs and gain insight by immersing yourself in self-care and creative conduits for healing. Our goal is to empower you with tools and resources so you can take on anything that comes your way with fortitude and resilience. Together we can help heal the world by healing ourselves & supporting each other’s growth.

Pause for Self Care & Creativity

Prioritizing our mental health is the first step to wellness & a life of fulfillment. At our events & workshops we encourage everyone to enter with an open heart & leave with newfound wisdom. See our offerings here.
